Welcome!  Elizabeth Howard & Associates is a new multi-faceted company expanded in focus to include:  therapeutic nutritional consultations, nutrition and food demonstration workshops, natural beauty education, valuable products for sale and other educational services.  This company still provides raw foods catering and meal preparation services (see the heading, "The Raw-Raw Girls"), and retains a specialty in raw foods eduation.  With new emphasis on private nutritional consultation services that take a whole foods and bio-available supplements approach, people now receive highly personalized assistance tailored to their bio-individuality and unique circumstances.  A core part of Elizabeth Howard & Associates' mission is teaching the value of whole foods nutrition as an integral part of the healing process and as an essential key to both improved and sustained health.  This company also reaches beyond the realm of nutrition and food education occasionally integrating other paradigms or offering other innovative educational productions (e.g., natural beauty workshops, composting education etc.).  By remaining especially respectful of bio-individuality, differing viewpoints, and a sense of attainable "holism" in the modern age, our approach and desired effect is to "meet you within your present frame of nutritional awareness" and take you one or more steps further, thereby leading you to a more enhanced wellness perspective.  

Through exciting collaboration with others, Elizabeth Howard and associates created and produced both private and public raw foods culinary demonstrations in 2007.  In collaboration with another associate, Elizabeth Howard launched her "Healthy Shopping Service" with a valued associate in Salem, Oregon, Jay Olsen, at the local Market of Choice in Eugene Oregon.  This service continues to be popular and is offered every first and third Wednesday of each month.  Please let us know your creative and collaborative ideas so that we may expand and exceed expectations in your community in 2008.
