Garden Soiree Demo and Dinner Party - Friday August 29th 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm (Cost is $50 per person. RSVP as soon as possible to (541) 515-9162) - Please join us for this late summer demo and dinner party set in a garden spa. This is an excellent chance to learn how to make raw food cuisine while enjoying a beautiful full service dining experience in a garden setting. Demo artists, Tara Alder and Elizabeth Howard will be hosting the event. (spaces are limited)
On the Menu: Choice of Fresh Young Coconuts or Fresh Juice * Fruit Sorbet * Salad with Dressing * Zucchini Pasta with Tantalizing Red Sauce, Marinated Vegetables, and Ricotta Cheese * Pizza with Toppings * Wine is also offered with the meal for an additional cost.
*Healthy Shopping Excursions* - These excursion can be planned at your request! If two or more people would like to make an excursion to the grocery store and learn about healthy shopping, contact Elizabeth Howard and set an appointment! This is an awesome opportunity to learn about which healthy foods are preferable, which foods are free of allergens for your specific diet, and so on and so forth.
Planned Excursions in Eugene, OR: *Every first and third Wednesday of the month* Next excursions planned for July 2nd and July 23rd from 5:45 - 7:45 pm at Market of Choice, South (29th and Willamette).
